FREE Ground Shipping on Orders $49+ 

We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $49 or more for all domestic orders shipping within the 48 contiguous states.  

All in stock orders are shipped within one business day via either UPS, USPS or FedEx.  Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. 

At this time, our website offers only Standard Ground Shipping which transit time is:

  • 1 to 2 business days in the Pacific and Mountain Time Zone
  • 2 to 4 business days in the Central Time Zone
  • 3 to 5 business days in the Eastern Time Zone

HOW MUCH WILL BE MY SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is FREE on all orders $49 or more.  For orders below $49, shipping rates will be calculated based on zip codes.  A shipping rate calculator is available in the shopping cart to provide the actual shipping cost for the order.

 

WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

Yes, you will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped. The email will contain the tracking information to track your package online.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOX?

We ship to PO boxes via USPS.  UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO boxes.  The shipping cost to a PO Box address will be calculated based on zip code. Free Ground shipping on order $49+ is offered to physical street addresses within the lower 48 states only and not to PO boxes.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO HAWAII, ALASKA, P.R. and APO/FPO?

Yes, we do ship outside the continental U.S.  Due to logistics and costs limitation, we are unable to extend free return shipping or free replacement shipping outside the lower 48 states.

 

SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES

Orders received by 12pm Pacific Time are shipped out the same business day via our free ground shipping option.  Orders received after 12pm Pacific Time are shipped the following business day.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments may be subject to import taxes and duties.  Any assessed duties or local taxes are not included in this rate and are the responsibility of the recipient.  In addition, some orders may experience customs delays, which we unfortunately have no control over.  Due to logistics and costs we are unable to offer free return shipping or free replacement shipping on international orders.  Any return or replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
